What’s the difference between message and video visits?
Message visits don’t require a video call — you complete an intake form and a provider reviews within 24–48 hours. Video visits are real-time consultations via secure video. Both result in a treatment plan and prescription if appropriate.
How are prescriptions sent?
Prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy. We recommend Cost Plus Drugs for the most affordable pricing, but we prescribe to any pharmacy you choose — CVS, Walgreens, or your local pharmacy.
Can I be denied treatment?
Yes. Our providers make clinical decisions based on your medical history and symptoms. If a prescription is not clinically appropriate, your provider will explain why and suggest alternatives — which may include a video visit or referral to your PCP.
How much do medications cost?
We prescribe to any pharmacy you choose. Many patients save with Cost Plus Drugs — most medications are under $15/course. We never mark up medication prices. You pay the pharmacy directly.
Do you accept insurance?
Goza visits are cash-pay at a flat rate ($79 message, $99 video). No insurance is needed, and no surprise bills. Many patients find our pricing lower than insurance copays. Your prescription may be covered by your insurance at the pharmacy.
Do you offer lab testing?
Yes! We offer wellness lab panels including hormone panels, STI screening, thyroid, heart & diabetes panels, and more. Labs are drawn at any Quest Diagnostics location in Florida.
