Goza Health is a Florida telehealth practice run by Florida-licensed clinicians. You answer questions online in about five minutes — you can do that any hour of the day or night. A licensed provider reviews your case within 2–4 hours during our review window — 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern on weekdays, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekends, every day of the year — and if medicine is appropriate the prescription goes electronically to any pharmacy you choose in Florida. Send one in during the day and you will usually hear back the same day.
A message visit is $79, a live video visit is $99, and a $49/month membership includes two visits every month. We do not bill insurance, and there are no copays or facility fees — you see the full price before you pay. You must be physically in Florida at the time of your visit.

Most telehealth sites quote you a visit fee and go quiet about the medicine. Here is the whole number — your $79 message visit plus what the medication typically costs at Cost Plus Drugs, the low-cost pharmacy we point patients to. You pay the pharmacy directly; we don’t mark medication up and we don’t sell it.

Medication prices are current Cost Plus Drugs pricing and can change; your pharmacy may differ. Which medication you’re prescribed — if any — is your provider’s clinical decision, not a menu choice. Members pay $0 for the visit on their two monthly visits, so the medication price is the whole cost.

Who an online visit is for
Online care fits the everyday problems that don’t need an exam room — the ones people put off because the appointment is weeks out, the copay isn’t in the budget, or the condition feels too personal to bring up in person.
Goza is usually the right fit if you are 18 or older, physically in Florida, dealing with a condition we treat, and you want a licensed clinician to review your case and start treatment today — whether you have insurance or not. Plenty of our patients do have insurance and still choose a flat $79 visit because it’s faster and cheaper than a copay plus a half-day off work.
Because the visit happens online, where you are in the state doesn’t matter. We treat patients in Miami, Hialeah, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Orlando, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Fort Myers, Naples, Sarasota, Gainesville, and everywhere in between — including visitors who are in Florida for the week.

How a visit works
Tell us what’s going on. Answer questions about your symptoms and health history — about five minutes, from anywhere in Florida. The intake is open 24 hours a day, so you can start at 2 AM if that’s when you’re awake. Everything is HIPAA-secure.
A licensed Florida provider reviews it personally. Within 2–4 hours, every day of the week — 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday. Send one in during the day and you will normally have your plan the same day; send one overnight and it is picked up first thing in the morning. A real clinician reads your case — no automation makes the clinical decision. If we need more information, we message you.
Get your treatment plan. If a prescription is clinically appropriate, it goes electronically to the pharmacy you choose — your local CVS, Walgreens, Publix, or any Florida pharmacy — usually within hours of the review. Follow-up questions about a treated visit are free.

No insurance? That’s the whole point
Goza is cash-pay telehealth. We don’t bill insurance, so there are no copays, no deductibles, no facility fees, and no surprise bill three weeks later. One flat fee per visit, shown before you pay. If you do have insurance, you’re welcome to submit your receipt for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Medications are separate. Your visit fee covers the clinical review and, when appropriate, the prescription itself — you pay your pharmacy for the medicine. Many common generics cost under $15 through low-cost pharmacies like Cost Plus Drugs, and we tell you where to get the best price.
Labs are separate and priced up front too. Wellness panels run $108.91 to $255.83 all-in — one payment that already includes the blood draw at any Quest Diagnostics in Florida and the $49 provider interpretation fee.

What we can’t do — and when to go elsewhere
Being honest about the limits is part of the service. Goza treats adults 18 and over, in Florida, for the conditions listed above — and only those. We can’t examine you, order same-day imaging, or run a rapid test in an office, because we don’t have one. We do not prescribe controlled substances of any kind. And a prescription is never automatic: if your case needs hands-on care, we tell you so and point you to the right place.

Frequently asked questions
Can I see a doctor online in Florida without insurance?
Yes. Goza is cash-pay telehealth — we do not bill insurance at all. A message visit is $79 and a video visit is $99, with no copays, deductibles, or facility fees. You may submit your receipt to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Do I have to be in Florida?
Yes. We currently serve patients located in the state of Florida only, and you must be physically in Florida at the time of your visit. Visitors to Florida are welcome — you don’t have to be a resident.
How fast will a provider respond?
You can send in a visit 24 hours a day. Providers review every day — 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Monday through Friday, and 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern on Saturday and Sunday — normally within 2–4 hours of receiving your visit. So a visit sent at lunchtime is usually handled that afternoon, one sent on a weekday evening the same night, and one sent overnight first thing the next morning — not a day later. When a prescription is appropriate, it usually reaches your pharmacy within hours of that review.
Can an online doctor in Florida prescribe medication?
Yes, when it’s clinically appropriate. Florida-licensed providers can prescribe through telehealth, and your prescription is sent electronically to the pharmacy you choose. A prescription is never guaranteed — the provider decides based on your case. Goza does not prescribe controlled substances — no opioids, no ADHD stimulants, no benzodiazepines or habit-forming sleep medication. Prescriptions are also written without automatic refills, so each refill is a new visit where your provider re-checks that it is still safe for you.
Do I need a video call?
No. The $79 message visit is fully asynchronous — you answer questions in writing and your provider responds in writing. A $99 live video visit is available if you prefer one, or if your provider recommends it.
Can I get a work or school note?
Yes. Our licensed providers can issue work notes, school excuse notes, and return-to-work or return-to-school clearance letters as part of your visit, at no extra charge. Just let your provider know during your visit.
Is Goza a real medical practice?
Yes. Goza is operated by Lux Health, LLC, a registered Florida company, and every visit is reviewed by a Florida-licensed clinician whose license number and NPI are published on this page. Goza is LegitScript-certified, and all care is delivered by telehealth — we have no in-person location.
How much does it cost in total, including the medication?
For most conditions, between $84 and $93 all in — the $79 visit plus the medication at Cost Plus Drugs. Strep throat runs about $85.15 and acne about $93.17, for example; herpes suppression is the one outlier at about $100.56, because it dispenses a 90-day supply. The table above lists every condition we treat. Members pay $0 for the visit on their two monthly visits, so they pay only the medication price.
Can I get antibiotics online in Florida?
Yes, when a licensed provider decides an antibiotic is appropriate for your case. We commonly treat strep throat, sinus infections, UTIs, ear infections, pink eye, bacterial vaginosis, and chlamydia this way. Antibiotics are not right for every infection — many are viral, and antibiotics do nothing for those — so your provider may recommend a different treatment or in-person care instead.
Do you treat children?
No. We currently treat patients 18 and older. For a child, see their pediatrician or a pediatric urgent care.
