What states does Goza serve?
We currently serve patients located in the state of Florida only. You must be physically in Florida at the time of your visit — this includes Florida residents and visitors.
How much does a visit cost?
Message visits are $79 per visit (or included in your 2 monthly membership visits). Video visits are $99 for non-members; members get 2 visits per month included (message OR video — same pool), then $59/visit after the included visits are used up. Wellness labs start at $108.91 — that price already includes the $49 clinician interpretation fee, paid in one transaction on Fullscript. Members get the $49 fee waived.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly. Our flat-fee model keeps costs transparent and affordable — no surprise bills, no copays. You may submit your receipt to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
How do message visits work?
You complete an online intake form describing your symptoms and medical history. A licensed provider reviews your case within 2–4 hours during business hours and sends a personalized treatment plan, which may include prescriptions sent directly to your pharmacy. No video call needed.
Can I get a work note or school excuse?
Yes. Our licensed providers can issue work notes, school excuse notes, and return-to-work or return-to-school clearance letters as part of your visit. Just let your provider know you need one during your message or video visit and it will be included at no extra charge.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes — there is no minimum term. Cancel anytime online with no penalties or fees. Your benefits continue through the end of your current billing period.
