Membership questions
Can I cancel my membership?
There is a 3-month minimum commitment ($207 total). After that, cancel anytime with no penalties or fees. Your benefits continue through the end of your current billing period.
Does the membership cover lab costs?
Your membership waives the $49 clinician interpretation fee on 1 lab panel per year. You pay only the lab and blood draw costs on Fullscript (from $59.91 for Thyroid Complete, $91.13 for Comprehensive Wellness).
What happens if I use all 8 visits?
Additional message visits beyond 8 per year are available at a discounted member rate. Additional visits beyond 8 per year are available at $59/visit for members.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly. Our flat-fee model keeps costs transparent. You may submit your receipt to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Are there family plans?
Currently, memberships are individual. Each family member would need their own membership. Contact us at support@goza.health for multi-member pricing.
