Membership questions
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes — there is no minimum term. Cancel anytime online with no penalties or fees. Your benefits continue through the end of your current billing period.
Does the membership cover lab costs?
Your membership waives the $49 clinician interpretation fee on provider-ordered lab panels. You pay only the lab and blood draw costs on Fullscript (from $59.91 for Thyroid Complete, $91.13 for Comprehensive Wellness).
What happens if I use both monthly visits?
Additional visits beyond your two monthly visits are available at $59/visit for members. Your visit allowance resets on the 1st of each month.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly. Our flat-fee model keeps costs transparent. You may submit your receipt to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Are there family plans?
Currently, memberships are individual. Each family member would need their own membership. Contact us at support@goza.health for multi-member pricing.
