Just a licensed Florida provider reviewing your information and, when clinically appropriate, sending a prescription directly to your pharmacy.

Pedro Alvarez, PA-C — Treating Provider
Pedro Alvarez is a Florida-licensed Physician Assistant and the treating provider at Goza. He reviews patient intakes and manages prescriptions for all conditions offered through the practice. Pedro founded Goza to make high-quality telehealth accessible, affordable, and private for patients across Florida.
Ivis Alvarez, ARNP — Provider
Ivis Alvarez is a Florida-licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner and a provider at Goza. She brings extensive clinical expertise to our practice and is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for all conditions we treat.
Adam E. Leisy, MD — Medical Director
Dr. Adam E. Leisy is a Florida-licensed physician serving as Medical Director of Goza. He oversees clinical protocols and provider practices in accordance with Florida law, ensuring that all care delivered through our practice meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
How we operate
- Florida-licensed: We are licensed to treat patients physically located in Florida at the time of their visit.
- Async-first: Most visits are completed asynchronously — you complete an intake, a provider reviews it, and you receive a response within 24–48 hours. No video call required.
- Cash-pay only: We do not accept insurance. Our flat $79 per-visit fee keeps pricing simple and private.
- HIPAA-compliant: All patient data is handled through HIPAA-secure systems. Your information is never shared without your consent.
- Pharmacy-direct: When a prescription is appropriate, it is sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.
What we treat
We currently treat the following conditions for patients located in Florida:
- Erectile Dysfunction (ED)
- Acne
- Bacterial Vaginosis (BV)
- Doxy-PEP (post-exposure STI prevention)
- Herpes (HSV-1 and HSV-2)
- Menopause

- STI Treatment (chlamydia, gonorrhea, and others)
