Is there a minimum number of employees?
There is a $500/month minimum, which accommodates approximately 13 employees on the Lite plan or 8 employees on the Enhanced plan.
How does employee onboarding work?
We provide a dedicated onboarding link for your team. Employees sign up individually and can start using telehealth services immediately. No IT integration required.
Do you provide usage reports?
Yes. Enhanced plan employers receive monthly utilization reports showing visit volume by category. All reports are HIPAA-compliant — no individual health information is shared with employers.
