Visit questions
How quickly can I see a provider?
Most patients connect within minutes during operating hours. You will complete a brief intake, then pick a time on the scheduler for a secure video call with a licensed clinician.
Can you prescribe medication?
Yes. Our clinicians e-prescribe to your preferred pharmacy. We recommend Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drugs for the lowest medication prices — most generics under $15 with home delivery. We do not prescribe controlled substances (Schedule II-V).
Is the visit available in Spanish?
Yes. Health Convenience offers fully bilingual telehealth visits. Our South Florida clinicians provide consultations in both English and Spanish.
Do I need to be in Florida?
Yes. You must be physically located in Florida at the time of your visit. This is required by Florida telemedicine law. Visitors, seasonal residents, and snowbirds are welcome while in the state.
What if I need emergency care?
If you are experiencing a medical emergency — chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe injury, signs of stroke — call 911 immediately. Health Convenience is not an emergency service.
